Really good Service and Great Food
helpful staff immaculate rooms
The food Friday evening was really good, and breakfast both mornings did not disappoint. The rooms were immaculate. I especially loved the window blinds. Everyone, including restaurant staff, leisure center employees, receptionists, and anyone i passed in the hallway, was courteous and very helpful. The shower was AMAZING (with great water pressure).
The room had a noticeable odor of paint, a little off-putting. WiFi connection was also not the best. It kept disconnecting.

The room included a king-sized bed with fresh linens and fluffy pillows. I slept like a log. There were blackout curtains, useful if you like to sleep in. The bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and soft towels. I felt pampered.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items, including fresh fruit, pastries, and a hot food station. Dinner service was very attentive. I really enjoyed my meal (especially the steak!). The bar offered a range of cocktails and beers.

Staff members were always smiling and willing to assist with any requests. Check-in was quick and efficient. I got to my room in no time. The concierge helped me with directions and local recommendations.

The hotel has a huge free car park. There are well-kept gardens on the hotel, ideal for a stroll. The surrounding area felt quiet and safe. I really enjoyed my stay.

Really good Hotel Experience

The breakfast food was really good on both mornings. The room decor was beautiful and the shower was amazing. I extended my stay, because the staff were very helpful. Easy parking with plenty of space exists.
The bar service was not the best as it seemed short staffed.

The room was immaculate and spacious. The window blinds gave good privacy. Comfortable beds exist. All those little extras were provided.

The staff was courteous in restaurant, leisure centre, and reception. Staff were efficient and helpful. The reservations were easily managed. Staff remembered a nut allergy and took steps to avoid the food contamination.

poor coverage average dinner
The hotel room lacked proper internet coverage. I could not connect at all. dinner was also quite disappointing. I found it very average. the breakfast, however, was good. i also noticed the room wasn't as clean as i expected. I saw some dirt in the bath and on the radiators. these cleaning issues were a letdown.

Acceptable stay. Some issues present
burnt coffee outside noise
the swimming pool was quite nice and clean.
I found a significant issue with the breakfast coffee. It tasted burnt and was quite strong. A proper barista coffee required an extra charge, which I thought was a little cheap. the room lacked air conditioning, meaning i had to keep the window open all night. The noise from outside kept me awake for a long time. IT WAS frustrating.

Underwhelming stay , issues noted.
breakfast letdown night noise
The breakfast was a massive let down , it did not meet expectations at all. I could also hear a lot of noise at night. People were shouting outside under the window, hard to sleep. Drunk people also hung around by the lifts. They shouted and sang into the small hours , so the stay was disappointing.
